Service 10 · Ride Along

Keep your number. Londyn rides along.

Your phone rings first, every time. When you can't pick up — on a job, on another call — Londyn answers as your assistant, takes the message or books the appointment, and has your follow-up written before you're off the ladder. Your voicemail, replaced by someone who actually does something.

A missed call under the sink, the message, the draft, the reminder, the recap — 90 seconds.

What she does

Six things, all day, without you touching anything.

📞

Answers the calls you miss

As your assistant, with your business name. Takes the message or books the appointment right on the call.

✍️

Writes the follow-up for you

The text or e-mail back to the caller is drafted before you've read the message. You tap send — or change a word first.

📋

One list

Every call, message and to-do in one place, with reminders that fire when you said they should.

🗣️

Calls you first

When you sign up she calls you to introduce herself. After that, just call her: "remind me at three", "what did Linda want?"

🕕

The six o'clock recap

One short e-mail at the end of the day — who called, what they wanted, what's still open.

⏻

On or off with one tap

Slammed? Send her every call and she runs your front desk. Back at the desk? Switch her to missed calls only.

How it works

Two minutes. She does it with you.

  • Sign up — your name, your business, your e-mail, your cell. Nothing on your phone changes.
  • She calls you a few seconds later to say hello and take your first to-do. Save her number.
  • When you're ready, she catches your missed calls. Right now, callers you don't answer get your voicemail. One code tells your carrier to send them to Londyn instead — she texts you the code, you dial it, and she calls you to test it herself. Stuck? A person from our office does it with you.

Your card is only asked for when you start the plan. What your callers say is used for one thing — serving you — and is never sold or used for ads.

Insurance agents

Selling insurance? Meet Carrie.

The same ride-along, built for agents. Carrie takes the call, gets the caller's basics, and asks the yes-or-no health questions on the phone's keypad — so the answers are never spoken on a recording and only you can see them. Privacy mode on from day one, Business Associate Agreement included.

Straight answers

Questions people ask.

Does my number change?

No. Your customers keep calling the number they have. Your phone rings first; she only picks up what you can't.

Do I need a new phone or an app?

No. One code on the phone you already have — she texts it to you and tests it. There's a simple web page for your list, and she texts and e-mails you.

Can she hear the calls I answer myself?

No. She only hears the calls she takes. A call you pick up on your own cell never reaches her.

What do callers hear?

A warm, real-sounding assistant who answers with your business name, takes the message or books the time, and never pretends to be a human if asked.

Is there a contract?

No. $29 a month, 100 AI agent minutes included, 50¢ a minute after that. Cancel any time.
